Terms and Conditions – Desert Safari Dubai
1. General Information
•All desert safari tours are operated by Tulla Adventure Tourism LLC, a licensed tourism company in Dubai, UAE.
•By booking or participating in any tour or activity, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
•All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment in advance.
•Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
•Group discounts or private tour rates apply only as per written confirmation from the company.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
•Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
•No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
•In case of cancellation due to bad weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
4. Pickup and Drop-off
•Pick-up and drop-off are included from Dubai city limits only (Hotels, Malls, or Residences).
•Extra charges may apply for locations outside Dubai or private transfers.
•Please be ready at your pickup point at the scheduled time; delays may cause cancellation without refund.
5. Health and Safety
•The desert safari includes adventurous activities such as dune bashing, camel riding, and sandboarding.
•It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back/heart problems, or infants under 3 years.
•Participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.
•The company is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by non-compliance with safety guidelines.
6. Liability
•Tulla Adventure Tourism LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.
•Personal belongings are the responsibility of guests; the company is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
•Participation in all activities is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Changes to the Itinerary
•The company reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable reasons.
•Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible without extra charge.
8. Photography and Media
•During the safari, photography and videography may be conducted for marketing and promotional use.
•Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials should inform the company in advance.
9. Governing Law
•All bookings and services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
•Any disputes shall be settled under UAE jurisdiction.
